Jodi Thomas,

M.A., CCC-SLP/L

Jodi is a state licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and have worked in both school and clinical settings. She is passionate about helping children of all abilities grow into their voices through play-based therapy and family collaboration. It is her focus to create functional and enjoyable therapy while also implementing evidence-based practices.

Jodi has additional autism training through Meaningful Speech's course and is skilled and educated in the Natural Language Acquisition framework and Gestalt Language Processing. She was also awarded the ASHA Award for Continuing Education in 2023, indicating she completed 70 Professional Development Hours within a 36-month period.

When she is not treating clients or taking continuing education courses, you can find her reading or hiking with her family.

Ellyse Girod,

SLPA

Ellyse is a state certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Communication Science Disorders. She has experience as an SLPA in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and home health.

Ellyse believes in seeing the full child, and she loves play and connection during her therapy sessions. She provides engaging and enjoyable therapy for all children.

Ellyse enjoys camping and exploring Arizona with her husband, 3 wonderful children and their dog. When she is not traveling the state, you can find her reading, gardening or cooking with friends and family.

Andrea Klein,

M.S., CCC-SLP

Andrea is an American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist and is licensed by the state of Arizona in Speech-Language Pathology. She received her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University. She has over 13 years of experience working with children and adults in a clinical setting. Throughout her career, she has stayed up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies, integrating innovative techniques into her practice to deliver effective and engaging sessions. 

Andrea's approach centers on creating a nurturing, fun environment where children feel comfortable and empowered to explore their communication abilities. She is devoted to tailoring personalized and evidence-based therapy plans that cater to each child's specific strengths and areas for growth. Andrea believes in collaborating closely with families and caregivers, offering support, guidance and valuable resources to ensure continuity of progress outside of the therapy sessions. She is committed to not only enhancing speech and communication skills, but also fostering confidence and independence in each child with whom she works.

When she is not at work, Andrea can be found spending time with her husband, daughters and two cats. She enjoys reading, watching movies, attending concerts, and traveling.
